Marketing Co-ordinator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Co-ordinator located in Cape Town.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels (including digital, social media, email, and traditional media) to enhance visibility to targeted audiences, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

The Marketing Co-ordinator  will be responsible for the following:

Content and Campaign Development
  • Collaborate with creative teams to gather assets and materials for campaigns.
  • Support the development of creative & marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Oversee and assist with the management of social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management and reporting.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to support campaign planning.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Relationship and Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate closely with the designer, web developer and performance marketer to ensure cohesive and impactful communication across various channels. 
  • Liaise with clients to gather necessary information, assets, and approvals for campaign execution.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign progress and address client inquiries.
  • Manage relationships with third-party suppliers as needed.
Data and Budget Management
  • Oversee budget allocation for marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of campaign progress, metrics, and other relevant data.
  • Assist in preparing reports and analysis for internal and client review.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Two years experience in marketing related roles.
